Instructions

• Candidates should read the instructions very carefully before filling the columns. Any column left blank will cause delay in issuing of Eligibility Certificate.
  
  
• The following are the fees prescribed for issuing the Eligibility Certificate. The amount should be remitted to the University by means of DEMAND DRAFT drawn in favour of Professor (Student Affairs), Anna University payable at Chennai
  
  
  • To recognize the qualification (Degree or Higher Secondary Examination) obtained from Institutions/Statutory agencies outside Tamil Nadu -Rs.500/-
  • To recognize examination conducted by Institutions outside India-Rs.1000/-
    
    
• The following should be submitted along with the application (Non submission of any of the following may result the rejection of the application)
  
  
  • Provisional Certificate (IN ORIGINAL) issued by the authority who have conducted the examination
  • Statement of marks (IN ORGINAL) issued by authority who have conducted the examination
  • Transfer Certificate (IN ORIGINAL) issued by the Head of the Institution where the candidate had studied the course
  • Demand Draft towards fee for issue of Eligibility Certificate including Registration & Administration fee
  • A self addressed envelope (sufficiently stamped) for sending the Eligibility Certificate & other Certificates submitted with this application if the candidate wish to get it by post
  • Copies of certificates under items a,b,c should be enclosed with the application
    
    
• The fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for any other purpose
