Candidates from other States seeking admissions in Engg. College should get the Eligibility Certificate first from the Student Affairs section before applying for admissions. They should produce necessary Community Certificate from the Revenue official not below the Rank of Thasildar. The candidate belong to ST community should produce such certificate obtained from the RDO of their Native place or Collector of their Districts or PA(General) to Collector of Chennai, in the permanent card form.
