sCRB: Service Oriented CARE Resource Broker

    The objective is to modify the existing design and architecture of CRB as Service based Resource Broker that governs virtual resource creation and management in remote physical hosts. Further, the new design includes the following special features:-

  • Semantic Representation of grid resources as well as resource discovery based semantics
  • Creating Virtual Machines in remote physically distributed remote clusters to meet the application requirements - (A kind of co-allocatation but through Virtualization)
  • Creating Virtual Clusters and deploy software execution environment
  • Striking Feature of sCRB is creating virtual resources in remote physical clusters and providing them as Leases to the requested Users
