SMEs Meeting
DIT-IPR Project, Anna University has set its first footstep towards its noble mission through organizing an awareness campaigns to SMEs on 29th March 2007. The programme was conducted targeting 50 such SMEs involved in fabrication of Electronic circuits and development of software. The one-day meet was inaugurated with thought provoking speech delivered by Dr.R. RadhaKrishnan, Director, DIT-IPR Project and Dr. Renganarayanan, Director, Entrance Examinations, and Energy studies. Mr. Kovilpillai.IES, chief guest for that occasion emphasized on systematic knowledge to wealth transfer, those domains that India should develop, role of logistics/transfer mechanism so as to create a value for our Intellectual Properties. The seminar proved to be really beneficial to the participants as they were exposed to patents, designs and their filing procedures besides alternate technology available today.
