ENDOWMENT LECTURES
An International Hydrological Decade (IHD) endowment lecture programme is conducted once in two years by the Centre, inviting eminent engineers and scientists from within India and abroad, related to various topics of water resources engineering and water management. So far, sixteen such endowment lectures were organized; the first one was delivered by late Prof. Ven Te Chow of University of Illinois, USA, in the year 1975 and the latest lecture was by Dr. Christopher Saint of Australia in 2013.
