All the Principals of existing Institutions affiliated with Anna University, Chennai who have submitted application for affiliation for the academic year 2018-19 are requested to make ready of the following soft and hard documents containing recent and updated data to produce before and submit to the Inspection Teams promptly during their visit to your Institutions on any working day between January 2015 and March 2015 towards grant of affiliation for the academic year 2015-16.

Course / Department-wise list of Faculty Members for UG / PG / General Engg. / Science / Language courses as per the format of Annexure – I.

Individual Faculty Data Sheets in the format of Annexure - II along with attested copies of certificates, appointment orders and joining reports
are to be bunched for each faculty member by the college. The details should be verified by the HOD of the Department / Course and endorsed by the Principal of the college. The course / Department-wise list should be kept as envelope and should be handed over to the Chairman and Members of the Inspection Team immediately on arrival of the Inspection Team by the college. (Attach scanned documents for soft copy)

Filled in Details of the available laboratory equipments in working condition attested by the respective HOD for each course / Department. Display Boards containing the list of equipments in operating condition should be kept in prominent places in each of the laboratories and placards with the name of the equipment should be kept near each equipment for each course / Department.

Details on the number of books available and purchased after June 2014, number of journals subscribed course / Department-wise duly attested by the Librarian and the Principal of the College as given in Annexure - III
Whenever there is any change in the availability of Faculty members / Laboratory Equipments / Library books etc., you are requested to make the necessary changes in the above soft and hard documents which are to be kept ready for handing over to the Inspection Team.
In addition, the following details are to be kept ready with a check-list for submission to the Inspection Team on demand :

All Registers and Records listed under Sl.No.23 of the Application submitted by the Institution for inspection and grant of affiliation.

All Certificates listed under Sl.No.24 of the Application submitted by the Institutions for inspection and grant of affiliation.
