Creative composites

As part of the consultancy engagement for Creative Composites, CCM conducted a finite element analysis using ANSYS Workbench 2021. The study validated all the 18 stages of the desulphurization tower, fabricated from glass fiber reinforced composite material, exhibited deformation and stress responses well within acceptable thresholds under uniformly distributed loading. Both the maximum deformation and equivalent stress values complied with the safety and operational limits of the specified material, confirming the structural integrity of each stage in line with the provided technical specifications.
