The Cell actively works towards sensitizing the University community on gender-related issues, preventing discrimination and sexual harassment, and promoting gender harmony across the institution.
In line with the PoSH Act, 2013 and the guidelines issued by the Higher Education Department and the provisions of the UGC Regulations on Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions, the University has established a structured mechanism to address grievances in a fair and time-bound manner. The primary objective is to ensure that every member of the campus community can pursue academic and professional activities with dignity, confidence, and freedom from fear, intimidation, or harassment.
