  • It is new product development project. The Wind mast is erected at specific geographic locations (sites) to measure the wind flow data and estimate electrical power production.
  • The selected conceptual design is modelled and simulated to ensure the erection mechanism.
  • After finalized the mechanism, the wind analysis at a given wind speed, static structural analysis for a given payload condition is carried out to ensure the compatibility of the product.

    ”Finite element analysis of GIS structures”

  • It is the numerical simulation project carried out for structural, wind, modal, seismic and thermal analysis of a structures.
  • Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) is a high voltage substation in which the major conducting structures are contained within a sealed environment with a dielectric gas known as SF6, or sulphur hexafluoride gas as the insulating medium, there was a critical need to develop substations with a greatly reduced footprint.

    “CFD analysis of the flow pattern of milk in the nipple design created”

  • It is the CFD project to capture the effect of the flow pattern of the milk fluid inside the product.
  • Also, maximum velocity and pressure at outlet is numerically calculated.
  • Another CFD analysis project entitled “CFD Analysis in Sewer line” is carried out to ensure the maximum velocity flow at outlet to avoid the accumulation of sewage water in the given design.

  • This product is designed to ensure to meet the power requirement of future needs.
  • The concept generation and selection are carried out followed by dynamic analysis of the mechanism.
  • The estimated output power generated from the product is approximately 10 Watts.
